Our clients are usually small and medium sized businesses through out the UK, although we do support larger corporate organisations on major projects. We are not industry specific as our range of experience covers an extensive range of private, public, charities and voluntary sectors.
Some of our smaller clients do not directly employ a HR team due to the cost, and in those cases we provide the HR services either remotely to attending on their premises for a day or two per week/month, depending upon their requirements.
In all cases, we work very closely with our clients to build trust and confidence as we get to understand the business, and their teams. We customise our services to suit their needs. Our aim is not to remove management ability to manage their own employees, or to impose solutions that are not wanted or needed. We endeavour to give our clients peace of mind and to support the business through any employment issues as required.
We have clients who only require our services for one-off HR challenges such as managing an employee who is under performing, workplace disputes, TUPE support, recruitment, appraisal or other specific projects.
In other cases, we have clients who just want the security of having someone at the end of the telephone to talk them through an employment issue prior to them taking action against an employee or before sitting down for that difficult meeting with an employee.
