Our Pricing Structure
Project Rates
As with our approach, our pricing structure is bespoke to your business and we aim to keep it simple. However, our ethics ensure that we give our clients transparency from the outset; with no surprises or added extra costs.
For our retained clients, all general HR support is covered in a monthly retained fee, and additional HR projects are invoiced at an hourly rate.
Clients are not tied into lengthy contracts, and we invoice in arrears at the end of each month.
Retained Telephone Support Service
We can provide clients with telephone or email support 7 days per week. This service includes providing advice, drafting, preparing and issuing letters and company HR documentation including policies and procedures ensuring compliance.
Our contract length for this service is set at one month to end an agreement.

Flexible Service Options

Retained Client
Where clients pay a monthly retainer depending upon size of business Telephone helpline or email service which provides HR advice and support, preparing bespoke letters and HR documentation.
Other services – i.e. on-site support, attending meetings, leading and chairing hearings, disciplinaries, grievances, updating company handbooks, policies and procedures etc is charged at an hourly rate.
Non Retained
The same, however all services are charged at an hourly rate.
Our aim is to provide the perfect integrated solution that match your current and future needs at a fraction of the cost involved in employing a HR team directly.
Some clients request a physical HR presence on their premises 1 day per week or month, in order to capture and review all HR issues including chairing disciplinaries, hearing grievances, dealing with dispute and/or mediation, and if required, this can be arranged based on a reduced hourly rate.
